I am assuming that you are a man, because I can't tell from your photo or screename. Who you have sex with should depend on your sexual orientation. If you are gay, it isn't wrong; if you are straight, it is wrong because you are going against your true orientation and your feelings. One other important apsect to consider is whether you care deeply for or are in love with the person that you want to have sex with. It isn't as meaningful or special if you aren't. If it is simply lust that you are feeling, forget about it. These are just my opinions. You need to decide for yourself what is a sin and what isn't a sin.

That depends on whether or not you believe that God, Goddess or the entire Pantheon, would condemn you for it. Many people would and, in some places you could get into serious trouble for it, under law.
