he sounds almost certainly to have swim bladder diesease(which is treatable)ask your local pet shop what they have to fix it, i have also herd of people massaging the bubble or something and it eventually goes away,i dont know if that works or not , i probably wouldnt try that until you see your pet shop(try somewhere that speciallises in fish)hope this helps my email is camerondebney01@yahoo.com.au

he is constepated and you should put half a teaspoon of epson salt, it should be fine within 10 minutes or so
