99% of guys will say without make-up. And 100% of those guys are lying or at best, mistaken. What they actually mean is they like a ton of make-up applied in such a way that it looks 100% natural. A good example is this: compare Jennifer Aniston and Jordan. The majority will fancy Jennifer Aniston and think she is 'natural'. But she is caked in just as much make-up as Jordan, it's just applied differently and poor, unknowing men are fooled by it.

I like girls without makeup. It is important not to wear makeup because when guys look at a girl with a lot of makeup, they don't see the girl they see the makeup. If a girls is not wearing makeup and the guy thinks she is attractive, then he thinks SHE is attractive. With all the makeup on they think the MAKEUP is attractive. So basically a girl doesn't really know how much a guy likes her until they see their natural beauty. It is better for a girl to find out in the beginning that I guy is going to leave her for not being "beautiful" than to find out later and be extremely hurt after she gets the chance to accumulate feelings for him.

I think it depends on where we are and what we're doing. If we're at a nice restaurant a little makeup is nice. If we're biking or doing some other athletic activity then maybe just some mascara or lip gloss is best. In any case if you look like your makeup was applied with a putty knife it's too much any time.

I prefer them without makeup.
I feel that girls that wear makeup are trying to hide something. To me, wearing makeup is like a giant marker that says they aren't comfortable with themselves. If I were to want to get to know them I would want them to be comfortable around me, but if they always wore makeup then I would feel as if they weren't being true to me because they can't even be true to themselves.
If you can find a girl that doesn't wear makeup then I'd bet you'd find a girl that can think for herself. Which, I find attractive.
Not to mention that if I think she's beautiful without makeup then every morning I were to wake up with her by my side I could see her beauty for who she really is, not for the makeup she wears everyday to hid who she is.
