i do not understand why some people can loog into hi5 and some other people cant

A friend of mine was having a similar problem. I think its if ur on telewest or NTL u have trouble acccessing the site. Its happened since they updated the website last month, i'm unsure why! I'd suggest that u contact Hi5 or your internet provider. Have u tried accessing the site form a link? it might work...

if u've reciecved an email from the website keep it i use the link from there when i log in it works everytime!!
