I'm confused by what you are asking but I'll give it a shot.

Experian, Equifax, and Transunion are not responsible for the information on your credit report being accurate. Their responsiblity is to take the information from your creditors and report it. If the information they receive from the creditor is inaccurate, then that is what will be reported unless you dispute.

In a dispute, you are telling the bureaus that their information is inaccurate. They check this the only way they know how, by checking with the creditors.

If you won a law suit against a creditor then it is the creditors responsibility to report the correct information. If they don't, you can dispute and the bureau will check it again. If they keep getting bad info from the creditor then you have to take action against them.

It sounds like your creditor is ignoring a court order and you should take action in that respect.

You are correct. You won the battle and lost the war. They never admit that they made an error. I had been listed in a state where I never lived. So,I joined the club Equifax, the information was never corrected despite my best efforts but,do you know what ,they are now protecting me and all that information from crooks. If you can´t beat them why not join them.Once you are on the same team they can´t hurt you otherwise they go down hard.Try it friend.Honey is better than vinegar.

Oh what joy we poor borrowers have dealing with the likes of imbeciles called credit reference agencies. If there is information on your file that is wrong, and you have a court order to prove this, then it is libellous. I have been dealing with Experian over inaccurate statements on my record and they do nothing. They cannot even follow their own guidelines. But what can one expect from an organisation born out of a catalogue for scroates! Try this website, they love stories like this and are very good at showing up credit reference agencies for the inept that they are, www.thisismoney.co.uk. Follow links to Margaret Stone money doctor . Good luck.
