One pays more than the other. I might do this for a profession but if it doesn't pay good I will not be choosing it for a career.

No difference to me. Maybe a career happened without trying and a profession is something you start out as by experience or education.

Profession is what u do for a job . Career is what u do as profession in a period of ur live...

A profession is what one does for a living, but not necessarily for life. A career is what one does for a life long job, because he loves doing it.
