I work in a primary school, which is dedicated to being the 'best'! Which it is. However, when new intitiative or ideas are introduced by staff or management, other people panic and discuss it constantly.
Me however, I tend to just 'get on with it', and not see it as a big deal, and still get it done or taught.
Is it natural to be so laid back about things, such as important? I feel I am a good teacher and enjoy it loads!
I am someone who just does not make a big deal - even at home!
