Iraq is rapidly becoming a killing field, as rival "religious" (HAH!) sects fight it out at any provocation. Now the execution of Saddam Hussein will give more cause for more killings.
If the Iraqis can manage to kill themselves off at the rate of 30,000 a year maybe eventually enough will be killed off to bring a degree of stability, but for the time being it looks like they are more interested in killing each other, so I would say, no, it is not good to life in Iraq, it is good to death.
This situation in Iraq shows you how stupid religion can be, especially vicious Islamic sects.

No, not at all. The Iraqis I have spoken with tell me there is no security outside the Green Zone so anyone living beyond that area is not protected. There are bombings everywhere, there is no real organization and it is dangerous for everyone. That is not a good life and many flee when they can.

Not at the moment.Economy will not improve in the current climate because it's too violent, unstable and unpredictable. This means there is a lack of jobs and a lack of housing.Foreign investment is needed to improve things, and that will only happen when the country stabilises and becomes less risky.
