using xp and a kyocera printer im not much of a teccy but even the guys in IT cant understand why. It prints all the documents from the last day, i have shut down correctly, cleared the cache, done everything possible any ideas? would be gratefull thanks

Un plug the power supply for several minutes to clear the printer memory

It's still in the printer's memory. Killing the power completely for a while will let the memory dissipate. Bright, your IT guys aren't they?

remove the power cord to clean start your printer. hopefully leaving it completely switched off for some time might well clear the memory and allow you a fresh start.
I.T. must have tried it tho!!!

I don't know, so does that qualify me for a job at your place of work as an IT person....lol
