using xp and a kyocera printer im not much of a teccy but even the guys in IT cant understand why. It prints all the documents from the last day, i have shut down correctly, cleared the cache, done everything possible any ideas? would be gratefull thanks

its the printer, kill the printer!

the PC has a print queue / spooler and the printer has a cache. when a doc is printed successfully both should clear. If docs are re-printing, the system probably thinks it failed the first time. Check the cache settings on the printer, reload the spoller service on the PC

reinstall printer driver coz it not deleting print command history it will print all the old stuff then new 1
