Connect computer with 2 different ip & gateway in single LAN card ?

Here we are using two different GATEWAY and diffeent ip address(airtel & sify)
I want to connect ,internet automaticaly when one connection is disconnect. And I have only one LAN card
operating system xpsp2
And iI tried by changing the alternate dns server
but it is not working.i alerady mentioned that it is different gateways.

pls help in details

Create two Lan Connections and connect using them
