Egyptians have a phrase for every occasion. Don't have to worry here about saying the wrong thing becuase society tells you waht to say. Here are a few:
Any time you are talking about you plans for the future:
Insha allah (God willing)
Someone gets something new or gets married etc
Mabruk (congratulations)
Any holiday or birthday
kol sana wenta tayeb (a good year to you)
Someone dies
Il ba-eya fi hayetak (the rest of his/her life be added to yours)
Agree on a price ahead of time
ily awelo shart, ekhro nur (the one who makes a condition at the beggining will see the light at the end)

Just write "Masr", which is Egypt in Arabic. I also like the titles of Dalida's songs "Helwa ya balady" (Egypt, you're beautiful) and "Ahsan nas" (Egyptians are the best).
