how can i survive from falling in love with a girl?

I'm in love with a gal and totally get lost. It is almost a torture to me.
how can i survive it?

If you know her, the ask her out, if she says no, then at least you tried, you will find that the pain is less hard to take because it's not the love or the rejection that hurts you but your doubt and fear of taking a chance.
If you don't know her, the find someone who knows her, which you also know, of course, and ask him/her to introduce you to her, find out(from your friend) if she has a boyfriend, if not take a chance and ask her out, and you'll find out.
The best thing to do in love is to make a good image and take a chance, if you don't then trust me the pain will get even harder to bare, too bad it took me 4 years of fear and doubt to learn that lesson and I don't want the same to happen to you.
