I am trying to put up boundaries to avoid being overwhelmed by others needs to push their reality at me ,I find it hard to keep my shape when I am outside my home in social relations. To help me I wanted to make a list of my inalienable psychological rights like the right not to be psychologically bullied and to make a robust defence if this occur; any other that anyone can help with? Thanks.

You sound very upset and emotionally exhausted. My honest advice would be to talk to a professional, they'll probably be able to help you more than anyone here. GL
