In modern times yes. There were probably worse during the 20's and 30's. It's the worst Raiders offense ever though.

I'm not actually sure if it would be mathematically and statistically "the worst", but they have a ten tons of problems in a five pound bag. Their offense is horrid, their defense is even worse.
This team doesn't need help, it needs religion. Like in the Exorcist, when Reagan spits out the pea soup, that's what they are doing to their season ticket holders.
Good luck being a fan of that team.

with the talent they have, yes. when will people stop placing the blame on the oakland coaches and blame Al Davis he is calling the shots.
