At the end of the day your not gonna get one particular answer unless you ask some one like Jackie Chan who has broke most of the bones on his body. I've only ever broke my Rib and that hurt like hell. I think I remember an interview with jackie in which he said the most painfull break he had was his collar bone. Hope that helps

I snapped my tibia and fibia (shin bones) completly in two when my studs got caught in the ground and an 18 stone Rugby forward fell between my ankle and knee...to make matters worse the bone actually broke through the skin as I screamed like a girl for 20 mins waiting to be brought to hospital. I still feel sick thinking of the snapping sound :(....

I've only ever broken one bone, the little piggy that had none (my toe), but I've broken it 3 times, hurt worse the first time, but after that... not so bad, so I doubt the toe is the most painful bone to break

Probably your coccyx, although I cant imagine breaking your elbow or funny bone could be much fun! By the way your nose is not a bone, its made of cartilage and that's why it breaks more easily than other bones.

Iv broken my collor bone and my femur The collor bone hurts defently way more it hurt to walk or lean or move it but it heald quickly I just broke my femur bout 2 weeks ago It hurt bad but not as bad as my collerbone but its the recovery that hurts alot with your femur My collar bone was one if the worst pain iv ever felt Id say collar bone is the worst pain the xray is of my Femur

For me it was the tailbone right at the bottom of my spine plus a further 3 bones in my spine, still in agony 14 years later.

Nose is bad because it's right there in the middle of your face, but feet and toes are excruciating. I've had nose and foot, and foot was by far the worst. Tailbones are no fun either. I sound accident-prone, don't I?

Its got to be either the Back or the Neck bones. I believe that breaking your back can quite often leave you paralysed for life.

I have only broken 1 and it is the ankle bone and if anything hurts any worst than that God help!!!

I have had my BONE-R broken many a time and it did not hurt at all. It put the biggest smile on my face each time!!!!!
