Hey Saiinch,
Get a bitmap of the tatto with one solid color background. Make the background 100% translucent. Save that bitmap, then use it as an overlay on your picture. Obviously, you will have to size the Tat to fit where you are putting it.

1. import to have the picture of the tattoo on a separate layer
2. have the picture of you below the layer with the tattoo
3. change the layer transparency of the tattoo layer from normal to multiply. This should be on top of the layer palette, originally it should say normal, change that to multiply.
4. then press ctrl+t on windows or apple+t on mac on the tattoo layer. This gives you the free transform palette, resize the tattoo to suit your photo, and skew by pressing ctrl in windows and aple in mac.
To skew easier you can go to the edit menu, select transform and choose skew.
=] that should work out, feel free to message me if you're not sure about something.

Pull your pic up in Photoshop, add a layer and mess around with a tat design on the top layer so if it comes out bad you can trash the layer and start again. Or, you can email it to me and I'll do it!
