sure ... He (born June 15, 1950) was born in Sadulpur, in Churu district of Rajasthan, India, (and now he is residing in Kensington, London.)
He was born in India , so he should be called as Indian

Indian, once in his statement he said that he is proud to be Indian, if he want he can get any country nationality very easily but he is true Indian,when he was taking over Europe in steel business they(European) insulted him due to his Indian nationality, they don't want any Asian especially Indian to take over but Mr India Mr Lakshmi mittal fight with them officially and won the case. he is true Indian and hold Indian passport.

Yes, it would be correct to call him as richest indian.He was born in kolkata(india).His father name was mohan mittal and he was engaged in the business of steel mills. Later after the partition of the family ,he moves to thailand ,while his father lived in india along with his elder brother .From there the journey of steel baron begins
