best option is to clear all ques to the printer que. If it's a network printer, delete the files in the que.

to get there do the following:
Control panel > Printers > printer name(hp laser jet3015)
then delete any documents in there.

After that, unplug the printer, and plug it back in, lets it start up, then try to fax again.

A good restart normally solves a lot of printer problems.

You must have material stored in memory for some reason. Make sure there is paper in the machine in case there is something received that is unable to print.
