although i have built in speakers,the sound is very low, volume indicater is on full,any help would be appreciated.

chk for the soundchord driver installed...
if it is installed then...
open volume control in the avrack software then fix it

Get some external speakers. They cost maybe $10 - $25 for a good set.
Make sure the volume control is "up all the way" even on your mps player / media player. Use your dial only to regulate the sound (if you have this model)
Update your drivers

Internal speakers are not loud at all.How loaud the speaker volume is is also dependent on whether you have normal, or abnormal hearing.

Internal speakers in laptops are very small, and hence won't perform well. Get external ones, or some headphones.
