Truth? Hang around people who aren't drinking.

If you hang around with drinkers, it can make you feel like the odd one out. You end up being the responsible one who takes away keys and drives them home, etc. Yech.

I know: "Bill, that's not realistic!" Works for me, though. Pick your venue, pick your party companions.

Go to a bar and watch the people who are drinking. You'd be amazed at what a "sober" perspective can give you on the just how rediculously funny people act when they're drinking. You see perfectly "normal" people acting like idiots; don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with going out and letting loose, having "fun" etc. But, it you really want to see how fascinatingly "stupid" some people act after they've had a "few". Spend a night out without having a drink (alcohol) and just watch the interactions of those who are. You'll have a good time, you won't do anything you might "regret" in the morning and you'll enjoy some of the best "free" entertainment around.
There are many things you can do to have fun without drinking, that's just one of them. If you're asking that question, you might want to ask yourself this one... "Am I comfortable enough with myself, to be myself without drinking?" It's easy to be "yourself" after a few drinks. The hard part is being and accepting yourself without them. Even harder than that is, not giving a sh** about what other people think about you, whether you're drinking or not. There's so many wonderful things in this world that don't involve the "scene". Take a step back, think about what really matters to you, and go for it. There's nothing in this world but time. We just never know how much of it we'll get. All the best.

We call it having intellectual orgy. We talk for hours and we set rules. We do not talk about people's lives but people in the news =not the rumormills. Policies of government, new ideas or visions.
New books out in the market etc.

You know after a while you can see the shallow ones(those without brains!) massaging their heads and asking for Tylenol LOL.

If you get the hang of it and your friends start communicating that way you will notice the improvements not only in your life but your surroundings as well. We sometimes bring food and chips but no alcoholic drinks that will only blur your intellectual capacity but turn you into a boasful monster saying things without content.

What a silly question, dear, just do whatever you like... Ask yourself what would be more fun, then do it... Actually it doesn´t matter if you drink or not, if you´re white, black, if you like carrots or not. You just don´t know what you enjoy, do you? Well, then, you´d better go learn more about yourself, and when you do ask youself the same question again. You´ll probably get a very clearifying insight about that. Regards, Gabriel.

Do something physical like sports (volleyball/softball/football/soccer etc) they make you feel good when you are done and are fun along the way. Mountain biking and running are good too.
