The ideal job would be what you love doing. So basically, if you enjoy doing art, you take that further. If you love food etc maybe you'd like to set up a cafe or restaurant. Maybe you love children, so decide to end up in teaching.
These are just a few examples, see what you love doing and take it forward... of course obstacle come in the way, its the part of life but don't stop and you'll end up doing what you love!
Hope this helps

One job where I was never bored was when I was a Holiday Rep because they worked me like a dog 24/7.

Don't call it a job. Just think of something you like to do and learn how to make money doing it. It could be sports, or crafts. Maybe you can learn martial arts and eventually be an instructor. Good luck.

Try tech support. A freak a minute, you'll be too annoyed/amused/busy to get bored.

Be the human target-assistant for an alcoholic, one-eyed knife thrower with a tremor.
That'll keep you focused.
