Firstly,you have to have a sense of humor.Be at ease around people and let the jokes come naturally.Don't force yourself to be funny otherwise people won't find it funny.Develop your confidence and your own signature humor.if you are not a talented comedian,do your homework and work hard.watch funny movies or videos of funny people,read some books etc etc.It can be a substitute for talent.Good luck!

Buy a 'sense of humor' kit at Wal-mart.
Then enroll in comedian school.
