I love Turkey but seems to be getting expensive and wouldn't mind a change. I want to go somewhere no more than about 4hours flight, for 2 weeks in June that's relatively, or even very cheap when you get there. I will be going with my fiance and we are both late 20s and enjoy nightlife, and quiet spots so a resort with a mix would be great! ta!

I would highly recommend cyprus. I have lived there and loved every minute of it. I am in my 20's aswell. It is the most beautiful and friendly country i have ever been to. It is roughly a 4hour flight. The weather from mid may until september is fantastic. I would recommend u stay in Ayia Napa, which has a fantastic nightlife, beautiful sandy beaches (a lot of which are secluded and very relaxing). U can also visit nissi beach and sample the nightlife (the club dj's play here during the day), do every sort of water sport, and see what i would consider one of the most amazing beaches ever! u actually need to see it to believe it. The thing about ayia napa ia everyone thinks it is a tacky, loud, and untidy holiday resort like magalluf, tenerife or playa de ingles, but it is quite the opposite. During the day the streets are immaculate and at night u will see no more than a few flyers thrown about the place. Also, it is only the main strip where u wil get this. Other areas of ayia napa are very family orientated and quiet but still really nice if u just fancy a quiet night. Its such a nice place!

If ur looking for a quiet holiday and not the nightlife then i would suggest limassol. Again, lovely sandy beaches, but in my opinion, is nowhere near as good as ayia napa.

Wherever u do decide to go, enjoy!!

Don't go for a package holiday! Bearing in mind some of the other answers you received how about this:

Fly to Athens with Czech Airlines, try to get a flight with a 10-12 hour stopover so you can go into the city and spend the day there - its a beautiful city.

Arriving in Athens that night you can get some sleep and spend the next day sightseeing around Plaka - the acropolis etc.

Then take the ferry from Pireas to any of the Greek islands (you can book a bed if you're sailing at night- well worth it).

When you arrive on the islands there will be loads of people trying to rent you a room, just pick the one you like best!

I think Ios is a fab island - small with beautiful beaches and cracking nightlife. Also Santorini is only 1 hr from Ios by boat - you can do a day trip, its beautiful and very romantic.

Seriously it will be a great trip :-)

You didn't mention where you are coming from for the qualifications of the 4 hour flight, but knowing Turkey is within this perimeter, I would also assume the lovely Novorossiysk, Russia is there too. A very lovely seaport, with a bloody good night life!

You could turkey now and get a full package deal and it'll cost you less than £200. Its the time of year that your choosing that causes the problem. June is when the fares are slightly higher. Try teletext holidays, they usually have good deals.

try lanzarote. There are loads of villas for hire in Puerto del carmen which is busy with plenty bars restaurants etc all with prices to suit any budget .Staying in a villa is more cost effective and you can get one with your own private pool. They generally work out much cheaper than a hotel but do make sure you get one with air con. there is also the quieter resort of Costa Teguise which is also great.

Intensive care wards in any country are always good value providing you cannot get into a Psychiatric hospital because the accomodation is cheap and the entertainment is priceless.

How about Cyprus - nearly always good weather, pretty cheap, flights aren't too long and there are plenty of different resorts there?
