she allows these things because she is afraid she will be abandoned. so she permits things she never would have, lets him talk her into things she is uncomfortable with. she just doesn't want to be alone, and doesn't realize she may just be with the wrong person.

Maybe she learned that being so stringent wasn't productive, or maybe she is one of those foolish women who thinks she will change a man and she is allowing a woolen hat only temporarily.

It is because of the fact that she loves him and her b/f is also in love with her. She thinks that her b/f is a person who is to be allowed to do any thing he wants. Whereas her husband was his just like kids, She should not allow her kids to do certain things which are not considered nomal in society. In this case she has a very soft corner in her heart for the boy friend. Similarly th boy friend has a very and soft corner for the sweet heart in his haert. So t he recent divorcee would allow certain things to do for her b/f which she does not nmormally allow ed to her husband while married.

Because she,s insecure with herself,afraid that theres something wrong with her.Loving someone never thinking you,d ever be hurt by that person only to have that trust,shattered is a pain you can never forget and this can make a person,male or female do things they truly hate or don,t like but will except it only because they fear being alone again or that knowone else will want them.

Right now, she's "dancing to his tune", catering to his every desire.....a new broom sweeps good, so to speak. She "can't see the forest for the trees" type mentality. Just give her a few more months with him, and see if this still holds true. I think she's playing him for a sucker....just like she did YOU! I would NOT want to be HIM!

if that was my relationship, i didnt know i needed a womans permission to do anything. in that case i would think rebellion or a conscoius effort for fast change. the permissoin part though really bothers me about this...perhaps theres more than meets the eye.
