bit torrent wont let me remove torrents from download window?

is that normal. do i have to allow them there for a time limit so others can seed them

seems to have stopped wont upload or down load what is a leech

I'm not sure how your torrent software deals with torrents but i can tell you what a leech is it is a person who just downloads the file and does not share it, most sites would like you to upload to a ratio of 1:1 or more. If you take you must give back.
