No, I think you are getting confused with Incest. Ancestry relates to an individuals heritage and is completely different.
Incest is when members of the same family have sexual relations with one another i.e. mother with son, father with daughter/niece etc (i'm not sure where the law stands on first cousin with first cousin though).
It has been illegal in the UK since about 1905.

It is 'youth' meeting 'experience' and being seduced by 'experience' consents to have sex with 'experience'.
