I should have been more specific with an earlier question. UAE arabs are ok but I heard the ones from SA and Kuwaite are really nasty and racist to non-whites and non-arabs. There are many foreign workers in those countries and they say arabs treat them badly.

What are your experiences? This is a cultural and NOT a religious Question, so PLEASE DO NOT make such comparisons

I've been living in Kuwait for the past year and a half, and yes most of them are pretty racist... not only towards non-whites and non-arabs, but also to other arab nationalities, especially Egyptians. (I could say a lot more about the effects of their attitudes towards others, especially those from poor countries, but it would take up way too much space.)

Racism is widely found around the Middle East, and most of the rifts are between different Arab nationalities. You'd think they would try to stick together, but nope. Oh well.

yes, it's true. Saudi Arabia has a laborer population composed mostly of Pakistanis and Filipinos --- to call them second-class citizens would be an understatement.
There's also a negative attitude towards secular Arabs (i.e. - Egyptians, North Africans, Lebanese) since Saudis tend to be extremely religious. And there's somewhat of a resentment towards Iranians.

Yes. My grandma was in SA around 2 years ago for 1 month. she said that Arabs have really bad behaviour with none-arabs.
she said when she wanted to buy something, they (arabs), use the higher price.
and i myself have seen some arabs in university and elsewhere, you can not make friendship with them, if you are none-arab.
and arabs always call other nations (like Iranians), with some stupid expressions.
in conclusion, what you heard is right.
sorry for my english
