Not psychological - just a natural part of morning sickness.

It's very usual - your hormones build up over the night and the result is how you feel in the morning! By 12 weeks or so the worst should be over! Just say thank goodness that it's not 'all day' sickness, like some women have! Good luck with the baby!

this is really common, i suffered morning sickeness everyday for the full nine months of all three of my pregnancies (the third time was really hard cos I had 2 toddlers in the bathroom with me mimicking my every retch and sound-and trying to throw up whilst crying with laughter is not easy!)
The only thing I found that helped was ginger biscuits. This worked on 2 levels, didn't want to throw as much and if i shared them with my two little boys, they didn't notice when i went to blow chunks!!

I had it from the second I woke up till about 11am then from about 4pm till I went to bed and would then even wake up being sick!
I had it all the way through except 4 3 days when I felt great!
I hope it stops 4 u soon
good luck with your baby

Yes, it's v. normal, just your body getting ready for the routines that you will have to follow for the next 10 years! lol. It will pass soon and soon you'll be more worried about seeing your toes again - enjoy and congratulations.
