OKAY, here goes... pet rats make the BEST PETS!! im not kidding! i had two hairless rats for 3 1/2 yrs. they are smart, loving, fun, playful. depending on sex and personality(yes rats have various personalities) rats love to cuddle and play. do some research on rats, look up a few ratteries and you will find the rat world that many live in is so amazing and unique! unlike dogs, rats can be left at home for hours(though they would rather be with you) rats are nocturnal and only ask for a few hours a day to play, cuddle and bond. rats are affectionate and will groom you. (weird feeling, but somehow awsome) when a rat grooms you, that is a HUGE deal! that means the rat trusts you and loves you, rats groom other rats as a sign of affection. im not going to type all day, but if you want to chat about rats, or want some more info on what great animals they really are, drop me an email-rattiesrule23@yahoo.com

A cat they are much independent then a dog and smell better then a ferrett and you don't have to take them outside! a cat also requires NO training show them the litter box they know what to do... get a litter maid as well and you're good to go!

if ur busy, you cant have a cat or dog cuz they need lots of attention and training. YOUR best choice for a pet is a fish or a hamster.

i would suggest an older house cat. they are more independent and do not require as much attention as a dog or a kitten.you can find beautifully,lovable,ones at your local shelters.
another suggestion would be rabbits,they smell so i would suggest having their cage outdoors,but they are an extremely lovable animal that a busy person can deal with.

I think you must be a cat person. They require very little. Just a clean litter box and food & water. A cat can be yout best friend. When you need comfort it's nice to sit with them on your lap and hear and feel them purrrrrr. Very conforting.

Cat may be best pet for you. They are somewhat independant and less needy than a dog.

a cat would be best.
they would miss you less and need little from you.
cats have a take you or leave you additude.
they are cute and fun to have around less needy than a dog as long as you feed them rub their head and change their liter box they are happy.
as a dog needs you alot they miss you while you are gone.
could try fish or reptile

Cats and dogs want attention so it would be best if you got a fish guinea pig hamster or rabbit.

well if you're busy alot, then a cat or dog might be abit too demanding for you, i guess you could get a hamster or guinea pig or a rabbit.
