Do you mean in terms of dimensions or perhaps just height? or water held or power generated?

currently the three gorges dam is the largest hydroelectric dam in the world (it's not mentioned if it is the biggest dam) . it is said that it is five times the size of hoover. the hoover is the second highest dam in USA, and it's height is 726.4 ft , lenght is 1244ft , thickness at base is 660 ft and at it's crest is 45ft. the main wall three gorges dam stretches for about 2km.it is 660km long,submerges 632sq km of land. when fully flooded the water usually is 175km above sea level. it is said that the official cost for building the dam was 25 billion dollars but the actually cost is believed to be much higher..
