Aside from the competitive aspects, team sports generate camaraderie and sportsmanship like no other activity. The obvious benefit from sports are health that's generated by the athletic aspect. Sports clear the mind.

um ne type in perticular like team or single sports? well i love team sports, it feels so good after when u can celebrate or cry with a group of pple who feel the same way as u do and working together as a tema to achieve something, its a great feeling to know that u helped this group of people. so for me (apart from fitness) its a psyological thing, it feels great to help a teammate out and to get hlep when u need it too :D

Sports teach team work skills, not to mention hand eye coordination, and motor skills.
