i mean tht how to copy the whole webpage with all his graphics and paste

Click Print Screen on your keyboard.
Open MS Paint, go to toolbar and click Edit,
Click Paste
Go to File on toolbar and click Save As

Way1 :

Press Ctrl + A, this will select the page
Press Crtl+ C or RightClick->copy, this will copy the page.
Press Ctrl + V or Right Click->paste, this will paste the page at the desired location..

Make sure, that you use the paste option in some editor that supports graphics...
You cannot do it in simple editor like notepad,wordpad

Way 2:
Select File->Save As option

Note: You cannot copy all the graphics. Some pages do restrict the copying of all graphics. However this is not the case with all webpages.

ctrl+a then right click copy and paste wherever u want

if u want also the template u can just save the webpage
file>save as

try printscreen and remove the border using paint
