In the original Blues Brothers when Elwood (Dan Ackroyd) Blues picks up his brother in a former "cop" car ... a used police car he bought at auction ... Jake (John Belushi) Blues is pissed off. He lights a cirgarette using the cars in dash lighter and tosses it (the lighter) out the window. When Elwwod convinces Jake that this "Cop" car can be the new Bluesmobile (I think by pulling out of a line of traffic and jumping a rising bridge), Jake tells him ....... "Fix the cigarette lighter."
Elwood Blues: It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas. What do you say, new bluesmobile or what?
Jake Blues: (lights cigarette with hand held lighter)...Fix the cigarette lighter!
