Just to get one former dictator hanged for "crimes against humanity", the US and her cohorts have had to pay a big price: 3,000 US servicemen sofar dead; at least 30,000 maimed and wounded; hundreds of billions of dollars which could otherwise have been spent to make the world a better place for all humankind, thrown down the drain; hundreds of thousands of Iraqis killed, maimed and wounded. That's not bad for one dictator's blood! I wonder what they would have spent to get Hitler face the same "justice"!
