I do. It was an anime distributed by Saban, original name is Gera gera boos monogatari in Japan.
Ox Tales was based on the Dutch comic strip created by Wil Raymakers and Thijs Willems.
I remember laughing hard at the part where Ollie hammered a stone all the way to the earth's core.
