'Gaganam gaganaakaram, Sagaram sagaropama' means sky is like the sky; Ocean looks like the ocean. But, life, we have to give the meaning and grammer. Listen, the Brahma - Universal quality that does not have any relation with anything in the universe, was there before the creations and after the creations. This is what we call as 'myself'. This 'myself' works in the universe - world - and transforms it step by step - enjoyment by enjoyment - thus the Universe whole is transformed - This is related to FROM the Atom to the Great Universe - as a single mass. When I enjoy in the human body, and then the animal body, and then enjoy the birds body and then enjoy the tree's body and travels through each materialistic mass - it is the visible life, but for individually a person, life is something like a 'sand-stone', that would fall and break or liquify during rain. Have your own life that is derived from the God thorugh your father and mother, which would lead you to your aim, but it belongs to God and don't throw it to the dust-bin, (Narak -)

first i must thank u for asking this question.. for i myself was confused at what life is..and i have learnt a lot from all the answers got here...........

for me too, i thought and believed like v.ridhi has answered ..life is 99% sorrow,misery and problem and only 1% of that happiness which when came brought with a big procession of calamity, disappointment and struggle....Finally, i had come to such a stage that i started dreading happiness and loved to live blissfully in pain, trouble and struggle.......

thanks for u and all u other people who have given me a new meaning of life........

Life is to live to finish what we were sent for on this earth, so let us complete our task before we close our eyes............

well in the US its get up work pay taxes. Other than that life is making enough money so you don't have to worry about the three just mentioned, and help people when you can.

Life is a journey from your birth to death.
What you do about it is your business.
You can give life to someone, you can take life of someone, you can end your life if you wish to.
You can celebrate it, you can grumble about it, you can make it hell or heaven decision is yours.
You can join someone or you can drop someone.
You can blindly travel or be aware and enjoy the journey.
