Ergonomics (or human factors) is the scientific discipline concerned with the understanding of interactions among humans and other elements of a system, and the profession that applies theory, principles, data, and methods to design in order to optimize human well-being and overall system performance.

"ergonomy" is not in the dictionary;
Is it a form of ergonomics? if so, ergonomics is an applied science that coordinates the designs of devices, systems and the physical working conditions with the capacities and requirements fo the worker. Also called human engineering.

I don't think thats a real word. The closest thing would be ergonomic...
