I think it will be Neville who's killed. Remember, he was also born on July 31, the date of the prophecy, and his skills at Defense Against the Dark Arts are improving a lot. He also has just as much reason to hate Voldemort as Harry. And I think we'll learn that Dumbledore is really alive. Remember, at the beginning of the 6th novel, he told the Weasleys that the Death Eaters had found a way to duplicate others, so find a way to identify each other? It was never mentioned again. Also, "Dumbledore" would never answer Harry's questions about what happened to his hand that never healed. I think he's Wormtail in disguise, and the silver hand that he has never took the spell very well.

I doubt that Harry will ever be killed. Probably He's going to live at #12 Grimauld place. One thing is for sure. He's not going back to Hogwarts because in the last 2 pages of Harry Potter 6, he told Ron and Hermoine that Dumbledore told him not to go back.

Noone knows if Harry will be killed or not. It's one of the major mysteries of Deathly Hallows.

As for the plot of Book 7, we can safely assume that it will mainly be a Horcrux hunt and Voldemort destruction with the Trio leading the way. I'm sure there will be plenty of side plots, romance and all sorts of things to try to sway them from their main goals.

[edit] Harry Potter

Harry must return to the home of his non-magical (Muggle) relatives, the Dursleys, during the summer. The magical protection which Albus Dumbledore arranged, which requires Harry to have a home with his surviving family, is set to expire on Harry's 17th birthday, July 31.HBP Ch.3

Harry comes of age (for wizards) when he turns 17, and is therefore entitled to perform magic outside of school and to obtain a licence to Apparate. His friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, and many of his classmates, already turned 17 during the sixth year, and Neville Longbottom turns 17 on July 30th—one day before Harry.[8]

Harry plans to visit Godric's Hollow, his birthplace and the place of his parents' deaths. Ron and Hermione plan on accompanying him on this trip, providing the starting point for their search to destroy the remaining Horcruxes.HBP Ch.30

With the departure of Severus Snape,HBP Ch.28 a new teacher is needed in the Defence Against the Dark Arts postHBP Ch.8 and Head of Slytherin House.PS Ch.8 With the death of Albus Dumbledore,HBP Ch.27 a new Head is needed. In the time that he was dead in Half-Blood Prince, Minerva McGonagall, Deputy Headmistress, took over this position.HBP Ch.29 If she succeeds Dumbledore, the positions of Deputy Head,PS Ch.4 Transfiguration teacher, and Head of Gryffindor HousePS Ch.8 are vacant.

If Harry returns to Hogwarts, it will be his seventh and final year. However, at the end of Half-Blood Prince, Harry stated that he might not return even if Hogwarts were to re-open. Ron and Hermione said that they would leave Hogwarts if Harry left, to help Harry fight Voldemort.HBP Ch.30 Should Hogwarts reopen, Harry and his classmates would be expected to complete their final N.E.W.T. exams.OP Ch.29

[edit] Other

There is no explanation at the end of Half-Blood Prince as to the true identity of the mysterious "R.A.B.", who claimed to have stolen one of Voldemort's Horcruxes with the intent to destroy it, while replacing it with a fake that was recovered by Harry and Dumbledore.HBP Ch.28 The most likely candidate is Regulus Black, whom Rowling said was "a fine guess" for R.A.B.'s identity in an interview.[9]

Kreacher, the former Black family house-elf who passed into Harry's ownership with the death of Sirius Black, may make an appearance; Rowling told the filmmakers of Order of the Phoenix to include the character in the movie, because he is "very important".[10]

Rowling stated on her web site that there is something "significant—even crucial" about why Dumbledore had James Potter's invisibility cloak in his possession.[11]

I hope this helps.
