gain weight. you notice that big women never have really tiny breasts? I know, not the best way to do things, and it'll cause it's own problems, but there ya go. gain weight.

There are pills, but they don't work. There are two sure ways to increase your breast size: Being pregnant/nursing and implants. Another way to slightly increase their size is the birth control pill.

You can't, but you can make them look bigger by developing your pectoral muscles and that will hold them out more.
