BUBBLE interactive - how to set it up???

Am I mental or am I doing something wrong with this childrens interactive game.....I am following all the instructions but I cannot find a matching code for either of my 2 DVD players.....hellllllp!!

i had the same problem on Xmas day,do u want to e-mail me the make of your DVD player and i will look at my sheet for you,they might differ.

i have had the same problem. i e-mailed them and all they did was send a code book out to me. but it was exactly the same codes. i am going to phone them and see what i am doing wrong
