I gave some one my birthday one night when i was chatting and the next thing i knew a little box poped up and said your account has just been logged on to from a differant computer. I haven't been able to log on since or get it reclaimed. Yahoo Security hasn't been much of a help. Should i just forget about it?
BTW nothing to personal in thier.

Stop giving out personal data to strangers!!!!

If they've changed the secrets, the account is lost forever. There's no way to recover it.

When you set up a freebie account like Yahoo or Hotmail, never use "real" information for your secrets. Make a note of what you used in case you need it in the future. Set a strong password and always set a real backup e-mail address.
