Do you trust him? If you do don't worry if he's truly in love with you. Just pay attention to how he treats you, how he responds to you. If he respects you.? How can anyone know that someone truly loves them? I say again it's in his actions, is he thoughtful? is he caring? Is he sharing? I mean you wouldn't want to marry a guy who would take you out on a date and then expect you to pay for it? How is his relationship with his mom and or sisters? Because that's another good indicator of how a man will treat you. If he is loving and kind to his mom he's a good guy most of the time. If your fellow has numerous good qualities and is good to his mom, and you can't see yourself living a happy or complete life unless it included him. Then you have your answer right there. It is rare these days to find someone who you are comfortable with. That you can be yourself with, someone you can love and not worry or wonder if they really love you back.And when you reach that point you know you've met your soul mate.

Otherwise, just have a discussion with him. That's the best way .
Tell him that if he doesn't love you, you both will still be friends.

If you have to stop and ask this question, you are probably not truly in love with him. True love doesn't carry a doubt, it lives and breaths all by itself.

you must remember that human behavior is not static, but if the actions of your mate towards you, as you can feel, is coming from the heart, then you have all the reasons to think of marriage with this person.
