I was always wondering; Are the animals in the fuedal era or just animal demons?? EX: Inuyahsa is a dog-well 1/2 dog-demon, but are there dod-dogs running around?

Yes there are normal animals in Inuyasha. Sometimes you see cats running around in the villages. And mice (rats) too.
In the 2nd episode you see normal birds (I think they were ravens). The video just focused on the demon raven-thing that eats its way inside people.
You just have to look real hard or see an episode a lot in order to see these things.

Well, yeah, of course there are regular, non-demon creatures in the Fuedal Era - they're just all mostly in the background and not used very often.
