If they've never heard sounds, no. their brain doesn't work that way because it does not have any idea how to process sounds. People who have gone deaf later in life can still dream in sound because they have a memory of that neurological stimulus.

i don't know if they hear like hearing people do...but I think their minds give them some sort of audible clue.
