Try going for a run about 2 hours be4 bed. a long run work out or justtry to yawn alot. yeah i have the same problem. even worse in summer.

Get tired by continued walk before going to bed; you will remain asleep the whole night.

Yes please help im on this same path i try and sleep early and i wake up in middle of night it makes it hard to get anything done during day because im so tired. some have said i may be depressed?? are you?

maybe your have too much sugar or caffiene in your diet, also if you are stressed out that could have a lot to do with it. Try to relax and breathe slow....when you lie down... guess if none of this is you, You can talk to your Dr and see what he/she thinks.,
PS: you can seriously try counting sheep....
