I know that visa can be bought at the airport, it was written in the official Dominican republic site, but i am not sure if (as a Bulgarian) I need a visa at all. It is a bit complicated because Bulgaria is part of EU for 3-4 days now :) I would be glad to receive any information concerning Republica Dominicana. Thank you all in advance!

I recommend you to get the visa. It is not necessary because your country is part of the EU, but if you stay for more than 3 months, you will end up paying a lot of new taxes that you are never told about upon arrival.
