I have evaluation version of a pdf document.It does not allow me to print it?

I have evaluation version of a pdf document.It does not allow me to print it neither I can select the whole text and paste it to some other word processing software.Is there any way out so that I can at least copy the entire text.

I expect so - you should Google for it, however maybe is is faster to ask the author to send you MS Word version ???

If all else fails, use some 'screen capture' s/w to grab an 'image' copy of each page (eg. Paint Shop Pro) then print it out that way.
