OK, your first issue is that you wrote a question not a statement. A thesis statement is an arguable opinion, it is what you are defending and proving throughout your paper, and it is the central point of your whole paper. Here are a couple of examples of thesis statements to help you: After analyzing the situation thoroughly, most people will agree that high school students should be allowed to take educational trips to foreign countries. Although my family and I have taken many wonderful vacations, none was more fun and exciting than our camping trip to the Grand Canyon. Your thesis does not necessarily have to be as long or complex as these (these have a moderate length and complexity). But it MUST state the opinion you will prove and defend in your paper; that's non-negotiable. Does that help?

Well talk about what it is?? Then give examples of it, then continue how it benefits. Such as using examples of companies use it to see how well your organized. Tell when punctuality can be bad or seem awakward!! Then tell what/ and why you think its important if at all.
