Yes, always, although I see from other answerers I am not alone in feeling the pain after a few hours of walking in them.
Nothing beats high heels and a dress or swirly skirt- silk is best- for making a woman feel sexy.

Nope, their painful, their annoying, and really I feel stupid in them, I like to stick with shoes that are comfortable, like flat shoes or wedges.... after all whats the point in wearing something that actually damages your health perminately, yes it has been proven that women who wear high heels most of the time dont live as long as women who dont :P! Plus I dont want to be that much taller, being 5 ft 3 is good enough for me, I was born this way and I'm quite happy to stay this way, petite :P!

i like to be on a mattress, after a fine looking gown-up-type occasion and have my guy take my heels off, interior the technique of taking different stuff off. it is sexy. in any different case I accept as true with previous posters who suggested that bunions and sprained ankles are not sexy, and that barefeet are sexier. Amen to that sister.

Yes, with black stockings !- but as long as I don't actually have to use the shoes for walking!! OK if I'm driven there and back and can take them off when my feet are hidden under the table! Why do we wear them????

Ya they look sexy but sure become uncomfortable and risky too after some time. But they just look great with any dress.

i love high heeled shoes, but i look too dressed up when i wear them (as i'm only 17). also, i'm very bad at walking in them.

I do like wearing heels especially my lace up boots i think they look great on me with my knee length skirt however i do wish i could walk in them lol.
